We are specialist processors with sophisticated systems and procedures developed through research, experimentation, deliberation and adaptation for delivering the natural essence of spices in varied forms. We ensure total quality management to meet international hygiene and safety norms at all stages of processing, storage, packing and shipment. 


The facility at Kinathukadvu spread across 7 acres of land area is an indigenous masterpiece of modern-day architecture. The distinguishing feature of the plant is 3 sterilizers which are used for steam sterilisation, batch and continuous processing; a rarity anywhere in the world.  The Plant is managed by professionals who are senior industry experts with in-depth knowledge of food technology, processing techniques and hygiene standards. They have the dedication and maturity to satiate idiosyncratic consumer tastes. The Plant has 9 processing lines and an installed annual capacity of 20,000 Mt.


In-house quality lab occupies 4,300 sq ft of floor area at Kinathukadavu. IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) tests are carried out at regular intervals. The lab is well-equipped with HPLC, GC, GCMS, AW meter, Spectrophotometer and other devices for testing and validating the safety of spices for direct consumption. The lab is undergoing NABL certification audit. Monthly internal audit, regular external certification audit and Allergens policy are featured in the established Food Safety Program.
